Priced on tracked profiles. Not events, not data volume, not seat count.

Two tiers for self-serve growth teams. The number of events you fire and the number of people in your workspace don't affect your bill. Profile count does — because that's what you're actually syncing.

FAQ

Common questions about how billing works

A tracked profile is a unique resolved identity in your event stream — a user_id after sign-up, or an anonymous_id before. When two anonymous sessions stitch to the same user_id, they count as one profile, not two. Billing is based on peak monthly active profiles, not total historical profiles in the database.
Yes. Starter includes up to 3 destinations; Growth has no destination limit. A destination is a single connected account — one Google Ads account and one Meta Business Manager account counts as 2. Each audience within a destination can have its own sync schedule and conditions.
We'll email you a heads-up before you hit the limit. Audiences continue syncing; we won't hard-cut your data flow. You'll be prompted to upgrade within 30 days of consistent overage. No surprise charges.
Once, at setup. For the warehouse connector path, your data team grants Segmentloom read-only access to the events table — a 30-minute configuration task. For the JS SDK or server-side API, your engineers add the integration once and it runs from there. After initial setup, the growth team builds and manages audiences independently — no further engineering involvement needed for day-to-day audience operations.
We're in invite-only early access. There's no trial in the traditional sense — instead, we do a guided onboarding session where we connect your event source, verify profile resolution, and build your first audience together. You see real data from your own warehouse before you commit to anything. Pricing applies when you go live after onboarding.

Your first audience sync, on your own event data

Request access and we'll run a guided setup session — your event source connected, your first behavioral audience configured, synced to a destination. Under an hour, start to finish.
